As a suicide survivor, Mental Health First Aid instructor, Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) instructor and mental health advocate, I've dedicated my life to supporting individuals and communities affected by mental illness. My personal experiences, coupled with my professional training, have equipped me with the knowledge and empathy to provide practical tools and strategies to help you support your loved ones.

Two Day Retreat

This immersive two-day retreat offers a deep dive into supporting loved ones experiencing mental health challenges. Through a blend of insightful presentations, interactive workshops, group discussions, and mindfulness exercises, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of mental health conditions, develop effective communication and coping strategies, and cultivate self-care practices.
